Caleb Hurst – Tournament MVP
Caleb Hurst, of the GA Warriors, set the tone Saturday morning with his patience and poise. Hurst dropped a tournament high 42 points. The 5’11 guard scored at will and showed no mercy on any defenders throughout the tournament. He played both ends of the floor and demanded respect from the field. There was no answer for him. Hurst is definitely on the Hot List and was duly named the Tournament MVP.
Austin Griffin, 6’4 of the Defenders Elite Heat had a great weekend at TOC Session II. The slasher finished around the rim as well as played defense at a high level. The spot up shooter knocked down the three ball at will, pouring in all weekend with a high of 23 #alltournamentteam
The Defenders Elite Heat 6-5 SG Christian Fortner dominated all weekend at TOC Session II averaging 20 ppg. He can play inside/outside and knock down the three-ball from deep. He has the size and ability to be playing at the next level.
Georgia Warriors 6-7 Todd Ennis has the perfect frame to play at the next level. Playing the point position and clearly see over his defenders. His height and ball handling skills allows him to dominate offensively. He’s adept and can score, and assist making the right passes.
6-4 Phillip Russell 17u of Reach One Elite is long, athletic and possesses a great wing-span. He’s also great around the rim. Colleges should definitely look for that name in the conversation.
GA Lethal’s Ryan Edwards.... 5’10 great guard play and had great production all weekend averaging double figures... looks to get everyone involved and plays well defensively #TOCII #allamericanteam
GA Lethal’s Donald “Tyler” Hicks.... 6’4” unsigned senior great wingspan Lit it up all weekend Pouring in a strong 21 pts against a tough GA Warriors team... attacks the rim, has a great mid range game and plays on both sides court.
Kendall Young and Shaun Allen for Arete out of Tennessee.. showed great versatility and composure throughout the tournament... #TOCII #alltournamentteam
Ezekiel Williamsonbey aggressive on and off ball attacking the basket. Excellent defender
Jamarcus Robertson, 17U a versatile guard that sees the floor at a high level. He can score and distribute at will. Poured in 21 points on Championship Sunday.
